Walk into this wonderful three (3) story beach house and drop your bags! With room for the whole family, sleeping up to sixteen (16) people, you will have a great family vacation! You enter the home in the great room with wide open living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat, and chair. Dining area with six (6) seat table and a high bar for three (3). The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking great meals a breeze. Also, on the main floor you have a side door that takes you to the secluded back yard with a stone paver deck and a heated private pool. The first-floor bedroom with its high ceiling has a massive built-in full size mattress bunk bed system that sleeps up to four (4) with a full bathroom including a separate entrance for guests. The first floor has a fully equipped laundry room just before the stairs leading to the second floor with a private large master bedroom at the front of the home with a king size bed, full ensuite bath with separate shower and large soaker tub, a private balcony with seating facing the beautiful beaches. Across the hall after a built-in desk is the third bedroom that has another large built-in full size mattress bunk bed system and an ensuite bath. Head up the stairs to the large third-floor loft bedroom which has a large custom built-in full size mattress bunk system with three (3) levels and even a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This could easily be the kid's haven! There is a half bath for convenience and even a mini bar equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Don't forget about the huge outside third-floor roof sundeck area for enjoying the sun and beach breezes. Located across the street from Rick Seltzer Park with full beach access.
